Dependency on God is inbuilt

Krishna talks in Chapter-3 about how all living beings survive on Grains and Rains are required to produce grains.

This Dependency is felt strongly in Villages. If it does not Rain one season then immediately one can see the Shortage of Grains and Drought.

Contrast this with Pune where we can go on for 10 years without Rains and not miss a Meal! Because Grains are coming to Pune from all over the world and so we cannot see the Dependency on God.
